Spent my New Year at this cozy place, it was fantastic! the rooms were spacious and well, maintained. the location was great too , it was quiet, and the snow, covered mountains provided a beautiful background. the staff were also friendly and helpful, and the meals offered were delicious. Best aspects: One of the best things about this place was the hot drink machine, which was always stocked with hot chocolate and coffee. the free shuttle service to and from the nearest station was also convenient, and the walking distance to the town and its attractions was not too far at all. the place offered excellent value for money.
The lack of Wi, Fi in the rooms, which made it a bit difficult to keep up with family during the festive period. there was Wi, Fi available in the lobby, which helped somewhat.

The Japanese-style rooms are spacious and well-appointed with modern fixtures. The view from the windows is breathtakingly beautiful, providing a perfect backdrop for a romantic getaway. The traditional Japanese meals served are authentic, and the staff is exceptionally helpful.
The hotel is located up a hill, making it difficult to traverse without a car. , while the hotel is near the castle, it was under renovation at the time of our visit, and we were not informed until we arrived.
